Promoting Juul? Seriously?
As the parent of teenagers and wife of a throat cancer survivor (non-smoker / not tobacco related) I am horrified that Wondery would allow this platform to be used to promote Juul as a company trying to do the right thing by providing a “safe alternative to smokers.” No. Is targeting current smokers the reason they make vapes that look like hard drives and pens for kids to sneak? It is an epidemic that parents are fighting hard and the fact that this podcast used as an example of misunderstood ethics / present it as an innocent company trying to do the right thing brings into question whether or not ANY of the information this podcast presents is valid or just slick paid advertisements / personalities to gain exposure to further their careers. Unsubscribing. Make no mistake about it. Juul is in business to make money by encouraging current nicotine users to trade one addiction for another and bring new addicts into the fold during their impressionable teenage years. S. M. H.

I loved the show last season, but I can’t connect with the new guy host. Unsubscribed.

Done with all the political arguing, snarky remarks and gestures in media, social media, etc. I listen to podcasts for enjoyment mostly, not political commentary. The remark of Mike Pence was unnecessary.
