Fnatics is one of the most successful Esports teams in the world, and Esports is the fastest growing sport in the world. It sees very young people engaging in very high pressure tournaments for very large amounts of money. And much of the scouting and competing takes place online. This situation brings a host of new safeguarding challenges.
