In the episode we aim to keep discussing chapter 4, Sleep and settling. What we really end up discussing is - I am excited that I have had an invite to a baby’s birth. I talk about how important I believe it is that you teach your baby to sleep and understand the pathway their brain takes from awake to asleep once outside the womb. Zoe and I talk about safe and unsafe comforters, crying/protesting and how the routines can help new parents understand the cries.
