AND ALSO this podcast literally just saved me from being scammed! i got a phone call from a number that appeared to be the right number but when they said “this call is on a recorded line” i heard laci in my head saying “why do they think if they say it’s on a recorded line that people won’t think it’s a scam” lol. they gave me a reference number too! well i called the bank directly and they had absolutely no record of anyone calling me and the confirmation number is even in the wrong format. so THANK YOU for entertaining me with this delightful podcast and also for helping inform all of us about what’s hot in fraud 🔥”
