“I always had to overlook the squeaky voice of one of the hosts but liked the subject matter well enough. But then they had a GoT online game scam they were covering, and it was not unlike the Best Fiends game they are always shilling for. Of course since that’s paying the bills for them they readily forgave themselves while seeming very concerned about other games doing the same thing. I still overlooked it.
But then came the episode with the interview of the identity thief who “turned his life around”. He was interesting, but the hosts were such unabashed suckups—oohing and ahhing at the cleverness and intelligence of a 15 year old identity thief, fangirling about the worst behaviors he exhibited, it was like a grotesque parody of idiotic girlhood tropes. I have no more forebearance for them.”
