“The story has very little do with with scamming and nothing to do with inluencers. The podcast is painfully scripted to appear as spontaneous banter, and it falls flat. Furthermore, they mostly absolve an antagonist from any wrong doing and refer to her sympathetically as a child even though she is 25 y/o. I am also really confused that they would source and use clips from the 48 Hours episode that’s showcases a completely different narrative.”
