“Hucks Mission was not to Kill the President. There were 5 shots fired. 4 shots were fired by Huck. The first 2 to wound the President to make it look like it was an assasination attempt. And the other 2 shots were for his real targets, the Press Secretary who knew about Cytron and Hal because he was a snitch. The 5th and final shot that hit the president in the head was fired by someone else. Huck freaked out when he only recovered 4 shells. It was then that he realised there was another gunman or gunwoman (maybe Wink)”
