“Seriously, the whole podcast is in my head. Everyone is thinking so many great things and I feel like we are all sharing the same brain! I love Scandal and I cannot wait until the next episode. The only thing I wonder about is why no has mentioned Billy! Billy is so nice and really wants to help but he makes hints about Olivia and Fitz. He asked her when they were dancing if he could get a date but then asked if there was someone else. Its almost as if he is hinting that he knows Olivia is clearly in love with someone. Also, when Cyrus wanted to investigate, He didn't seem shocked that Olivia was having an affair with someone in the White House and didn't seem taken back , like Sanders, when Cyrus said it was not useful. Its as if he knew that it was the President. What is Billy's title again?”
