I started to implement them in my practice the very next day while dealing with children’s disputes .
My job is pastoral in a large primary school and a lot of my time is taken up with behaviour incidents.
Listening to the podcast has allowed me to start giving back some control to the children . After speaking to them and asking the important question of what do you want to do next ? And letting the child have that control has been extremely powerful.
