“Scott's "Rdella training podcast" is the best strength training podcast that I have listened to. This is hosted by Scott as well. This podcast is unique.
If you ever asked the question " How would it be if the Nobel prize winner Daniel Kahneman took on the world of strength training?" This podcast would be the answer
Scott takes one strength training principle at a time, explains the number of samples the study took, when it was done, how it was done and all the fun stuff that would make a statistician proud. The podcast is short (<10 mins), yet packs a punch. At the end of the podcast, he would also summarize it so the audience can use it.
If you are a fan of strength training, then listen to this so you get the facts straight
If you are not, listen to this if you love books like those of Dan Ariely/Kahneman, Nassim Taleb.
Either way, this is fun !
