“This show has great potential, but the volume levels are really terrible. One sentence it is so quiet you literally can’t make out what they are saying, and the next second someone is death screaming. Often times the added sound effects (typing sounds, door open and close, alarms going off, etc) are much louder than the actual narration, so you can’t actually make out what is being said. Additionally the volume levels are dramatically different between the various voice actors, there’s no consistency. I would listen to this pod every night if the mixing was done with more care. I like to fall asleep to scp stories, but this podcast misses the mark, especially compared to others available.”
