“Dylan sets back the e-commerce industry by many years…it is so so sad. I thought we had moved on from “hustle culture” and unhealthy mindset of work/life balance. Please don’t listen to her advice on working yourself to death and not charging for your work. The worst thing we can do is drive the prices of our products down just to get a sale. Dylan preaches on being a dog walker or taking pay cuts only for sales. That’s not how we can improve the lives of our customers and sustain a business. The best thing to do is find other people who encourage us to offer more value to customers and charge what we are worth. I pray that Dylan does not continue harming the e-commerce/Etsy world.”
