Resilience... what a year and what an amazing woman! This episode made me laugh, cry and nod my head in agreement.Such wisdom- things don’t work out as planned often better. A lesson in serendipity. I’m wanting to live graciously and gracefully. Tell it how it is ( put words around it - this is how I feel) Ask for help and be honest! I have a health condition and related to how it can feel/ how it challenges you sometimes ( physically and mentally ) but am so inspired! Play to yay: board games : love it

Just listened to you interview the fabulous Rachel Kelly, and what a great job it was. Exact questioning, so relaxed and so lovely to hear Rachel’s momentous career and Captain Crazy moments! Love it, x
