Only deals with superficial stuff
If you’re looking for tips for running your own business this isn’t your podcast - this is more about how the guests maintain work/life balance or what they like as a person. IMO, it would be great to get to the crux of how the guests actually run their business or succeeded in the first place. There are some great guests but you never actually learn how they did it. Case in point the Frank Body episode. Talks around the business but never actually deep dives into solid tips or insights that other people could use.

Sarah is refreshing and enjoyable to listen and also well spoken (very important for me when I listen to a podcast). She also manages to build a quick rapport and connection with her guests. I look forward to listening to her and her guests every week
