Today I am going to be covering the 5 ways I will be detoxing over the next 10 days. If you’re like me, by this time I am ready to get back into routine and have some alone time. I am craving a detox! A refresh before work and a way to get rid of some of the nasties i’ve put into my body over the silly season. The holiday season is absolutely a time to enjoy and indulge a little bit more. This time of the year is about making memories with the people you love, and it is okay to let go of some of your usual healthy habits so dont feel guilty or talk negatively to yourself. It is now that we start prioritising our health and get on track for our 2024 fitness and health goals.
