Deeply love- but I have a question for Jenna!
Bringing healing back to our selves, our own nervous systems, our own knowing, has changed how I understand and engage with myself and others. Thank you both for what you bring and share. I (and a few friends who listen too) often wonder what it would feel like if Jenna spoke a little slower and took a few more pauses between thoughts. I love hearing her wisdom, knowledge, and perspective, and am curious if I and others would also be able to absorb more of it and remain feeling calm while listening if she slowed down a bit. Thanks for everything you both do.

I eat up every word that Dr. Lapera says or writes as The Holistic Pychologist and this podcast is such a great companion to the book!! I love that it is conversation with Jenna and that both share so much of their own struggles. Love it!!!

I haven’t even listened to the podcast yet and I’m already telling my friends about it. Nicole has brought more awareness and peace to my life than I ever thought possible!!! She is a true miracle worker and dedicated healer. I am so grateful for her wisdom❤️

Thank you, thank you, thank you, Dr. LaPera for this incredible addition to the work that has helped me so much. I am looking forward to using this as a guide while I go through your book. Thank you for the beautiful vulnerability that has brought so many people together in new ways. You’re awesome.
