Good topics but not on the point
I started to hear this podcast because I liked all those topics. Morning routines, methods to work better and so on. My problem is that she is not explaining what she will talk about but starts every episode with a 10 minute talk that this episode will be so helpful and it helped her alot. Two examples: 1 hour episode about how to 10x you productivity. She startet 15 minutes talking about her youtube channels and than 10 minutes that she found a new method that she wants to share instantly. Okay, If you want to just do it and don‘t tell us so long that you want to. Now I hear an episode about board vizualisation. I am in for more than 20 minutes and she still did not explained what board visualization is. She was 20 minutes talking about that board vizualisation really helps and she wants us to teach why. So why is she not starting to explain WHAT it is first (in the next ten minutes she talked why it will work and I still do not know what it is). And why did is she telling us so long that she wants to share the knowledge without just to share it?

Proof anyone can host a podcast. She can’t stay on subject. Takes too long to setup subject and actually jump in and start subject. She needs a hook to grab the listener in the first minute, because I was ready to bail. I listened to all of it and found it bland and uninspiring.

Adrienne is very informative. Makes me feel empowered and encouraged! I really enjoy these episodes. Also they are 30-45 mins long which is not that long thankfully.

I listen to this whenever I go on walks and I just love it. It makes me so motivated to accomplish my goals and just live a better life in general.
