Acronym central
I'm really pleased to find this podcast as I'm tired of the same old fluff in cycling mags ("three quad-busting workouts!"). However this podcast is simply drowning in ambiguous and insider training jargon that makes it nearly impossible for new listeners to understand. As a scientist, I cringe at acronyms in talks or lectures. It really takes no more time to say "heart rate" than to say HR (and confuse the human resources professionals in the audience). Otherwise this is a much-needed resource for the serious but unpaid cyclist.
