Best Cycling Training Podcast on iTunes, Period
I’m a licensed cycling coach and a certified personal trainer who has been riding for 26 years and has written about cycling, training and human performance as part of my career as a journalist for 15 years. Hands down, Damian Ruse’s Semi-Pro Cycling is the premier podcast on cycling training and one of the best sources of training information on the entire internet. Whatever level you’re at, if you’re serious about learning everything you need to know to perform better mentally and physically as a cyclist, listening to this podcast is a must do. Damian provides current, actionable information drawing from both exercise physiology and best practices from the top racers, coaches and experts in the training game and he does it in an exceptionally entertaining, engaging format. Information so good it’s hard to believe it’s available for free. Thanks for putting this out, Damian.

Where has this been all my life?! Really great content through and through. I really appreciate the in-depth interviews about all the aspects of being a racer that can be SO confusing sometimes. This is definitely worth your time and will, properly applied, make you a better cyclist.
