In celebration of new year’s day I take a break from sharing my life history to discuss one of the tools I’ve used to help me reach big goals - a long range plan.

In this episode I talk about how I recover from my failure to make it as a civilian, and get after some positive goals, connected to some pretty big lifestyle changes that bring big results. I also learn that some things, you just can’t fix.
