“I was really struggling with my young collie pup - I’d worked with several trainers and confidence had been severely knocked. I’d read so much and looked at loads of different trainers that I’d confused my self and in turn my Bella. I was crushed. I’d also recently started up a pet care business so I was really beginning to question my whole being.
Then one day I came across a video on the Calmness triad with Tom and the lightbulb came on - I started following their Facebook page and watching their youtube channel - slowly and steadily Bella was starting to settle - we began playing games and I bought my first book “there’s a game for that”
When the training academy opened up, I jumped right in.
I’m a slow methodical learner with fibromyalgia and the absolute dogs training allows me to take my time and dip in and out as and when I can
The sexier than a squirrel pod casts are a great way to gain a good understanding of the beliefs behind the games based approach and the motivation and inspiration from Tom and Lauren when you listen to them is infectious. The best thing is my relationship with Bella is amazing and she is really enjoying playing the games. We are now part of the 25 day sexier than a squirrel challenge.”
