Fantastic
I was first introduced to both Rob McCarron and Jeff Hawkins as podcasting personalities while they were guests on other podcasts hosted by some guy named Sean Ross Sapp. As good as Sapp was, I always found myself more interested to hear McCarron and Hawkins. McCarron has a great deadpan, sarcastic quality to him. Hawkins is an odd mix of cheerful and pessimistic. I was delighted to find that these two did a podcast together and just how well they play off one another. Both are knowledgeable and insightful in their comments, and come at their review of current wrestling events from different eras. Hawkins holds the era of the territories closer to his heart, while McCarron came in at about the Attitude Era, if I recall correctly. It leads to interesting debates between these two friends (or bitter enemies pretending to like each other until one throws the other through a barbershop window, only time will tell). As someone that has had the opportunity of getting to talk shop with Jeff, writer-to-writer, there isn't a nicer guy to support. Maybe Rob, if he butters me up. I can be bribed, Mr. McCarron. I have no shame.

It's a good show, when they're talking about wrestling. Tends to drag a bit when they start with the terrible Donald Trump impressions. My only suggestion for improvement is to just simply talk about the topic at hand.

Love this show, always an enjoyable listen (even when the guys get a little negative). Keep up the great work STR!
