Currently based in Erbil, Iraq, Eleonora serves as a Project Manager for Forum ZFD, where she's deeply involved in crafting and implementing projects aimed at transforming conflicts within communities sustainably. With her background in gender mainstreaming and her knack for monitoring and reporting on dialogue facilitation, Eleonora has left her mark on organizations like the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine. In this insightful conversation, Dr. Eleonora shares her personal experiences of working on the ground in Iraq, a region often marked by turmoil and conflict.
