“It’s been a week since I have been listening to this podcast and I can already feel a positive change taking place in me.
2020 has been a year full of uncertainty and anxiety. The world was (and still is) experiencing so much loss. I was also feeling lost about the career path I had chosen for myself. I wasn’t feeling confident about my work and my decisions. I felt like I did not have a direction in life. My brain took me down a negative spiral and I didn’t know how to get out of it.
I am extremely grateful to have been introduced to this podcast. It is changing the way I approach the same mundane things I come across in my every day life. This podcast has sparked a sense of optimism in me. There’s definitely a difference in the way I feel about myself today compared to just a week ago.
The episode on gratitude would be my favorite because I think, in combination with the others, it has helped me the most. I have been maintaining a gratitude journal for a week now, writing 10 things I am grateful for every day. It has only been a week and I am already feeling more optimistic, more positive, more grateful, more confident, more hopeful, and more myself.
