Listen now
Description
In S4E6, you'll hear from Kimberly Johnson. Crystal and Kimberly discuss some of the things that occur during recovery that may surprise you! One of the main reasons women, and even men, aren’t successful in recovery is that they haven’t been adequately prepared for what to expect. From sexual dreams and relapse, to accountability and feelings of grief, this is an extremely helpful conversation about the things to watch out for on the recovery journey. Kimberly serves as a counselor and meeting facilitator at Living on Purpose/SheRecovery. Kimberly holds a Master of Christian Counseling from Christian Leadership University. In addition to counseling she has traveled nation wide sharing her testimony with thousands. She teaches on all areas of sexual brokenness for large or small group events, and is a published author. Kimberly’s knowledge and experience come from not only the hundreds of stories she has heard, but from letting Jesus walk with her on her own path of healing from abuse, sexual addiction, and an unwanted same sex attraction. She believes that it is her life calling to make a difference in the areas of sexual and relational brokenness.  Resources Referenced in this Episode:  Kimberly's book - Accountability: The Missing Link Schedule a free consultation at Living on PurposeAttend unlimited recovery meetings with SheRecovery membership Support SheRecovery on PayPal, Venmo, or Buy Us a Coffee.Support the showThank you for listening to the SheRecovery Podcast, a resource of SheRecovery.com.
