“I don’t want to be that sappy person, but I guess I’m gonna have to be.
Miz Cracker and Katelyn,
I have been a big fan for a while. As soon as I saw your announcement that you were making this podcast, I’ve been hooked since day one.
Here’s the tea….
You’ve been my rock. Before I got promoted to house wife, I was an extremely successful but stressed young sales manager for a small telecommunications company. I would save your pod for my Monday morning routine in my office. It brought me so much joy and inspo. My husband got a big promotion and I was able to resign. (Extremely thankful and was ready to steps down.) Now I listen to you when I’m doing my new Monday house wife routine.
I’ve endured a lot of change and heartbreak recently. My dad passed away on September 9 from covid19. He was only 51. Fully vaccinated. Had diabetes and kidney disease. He fought hard for 3 weeks in ICU. His body couldn’t keep up. He caught it from a very selfish,non-virus believing, horrible coworker.
My dad practiced the art of kindness and acceptance. Because of him I learned that being kind and accepting of “weird” people, I would have amazing friendships and love for the drag and the queer community.
He was a tattoo and heavy metal enthusiast and had a heart of gold. He believed in the vaccine and masks. He loved his family so deeply. The world lost a good human.
I’ve been re-listening to your podcast for a bit of “normalcy” and to feel like I’ve got an old friend in my ears. Thank you so much for your content and the message you create for all women and for people who love women.
I love you Miz Cracker and Katelyn!”
