It's Epilepsy Awareness Month & in this episode, I share my story on how I got epilepsy & how it's affected my life. I got Epilepsy as a child after contracting Meningitis & Scarlet Fever. It has been difficult living with this neurological disorder; however, I have made the best of it. Learning how to help yourself if you have it & others who have seizures is important.
