“As someone who loves digging into cancelled manga and why they did or didn’t work, I appreciate Shonen Flop for taking advantage of this particular niche! Especially since as fun as it is to talk about manga in general, there’s usually not as much spotlight on the commercial failures that pop into existence. I also think its interesting how they sometimes have guests on who don’t normally read manga or are familiar with its creation that makes for an interesting perspective to have on the show.
The series they read may be flops, but the podcast sure isn’t! Also, read Chainsaw Man.”
