Earlier this month, led by the indigenous, the people of Ecuador have taken to the streets in protest against a brutal and anti-constitutional IMF austerity program headed by Lenin Moreno. In the face of media blackout and repression, Tim interviews Sam, who is on the ground in Ecuador, about the context and history of the IMF in Latin America and the recent state of exception, mass arrest and murder of protestors.
