“I’m usually someone who has a hard time staying focused during these types of things, so I really wanted to find something quick but effective and this really surprised me. There is background noise but it made it feel more realistic as I am still working from home and definitely don’t get as much quiet time as I’d like. I felt instantly relaxed and at one point I noticed my body felt extremely light and all of my stress from work vanished.
