Questionable journalism
There may be a compelling case to be made, but unfortunately it was overshadowed in the first episode by some of the presented ‘evidence’. Gun statistics which span the time period before and after guns were banned in Australia do not provide insight into incidence in 1983. Expert analysis should accompany statements that ‘she wouldn’t leave her children’ is evidence against suicide, as this may be troubling to those who have loved people with mental illness.

I found this podcast slow and struggled with the host’s bias towards a story that may or may not be there. Excellent to see this podcaster withstand the Queensland police “nothing to see here” blowtorch. The way they painted the dead woman’s sister as mentally ill for keeping asking questions is appalling.
