Lake Lanier
In 1807 is was a group of small towns that were considered the best farming towns. None of the other towns was known as much as the town OSCARVILLE. Located in North Ga near the Forsyth county area this was a town that replaced Cotten Fields with Chicken fields to help with the soil and they wanted to be the town to survive The Great Depression. An author by the name of Patrick Phillips wrote a book in 2016 called blood at the root about the history and why the town was not in its existence till this day.
