Knowledge is Power
When you are dealing with a health challenge it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and sometimes hopeless. Luckily for SIBO folks there’s the SIBO Made Simple podcast! Phoebe has taken this confusing and multiple-pronged condition and broken it down in easy to digest (pun intended) bits. Whether someone is just starting out on their SIBO journey or has been at it for a while there’s always something to learn from the podcast. And knowledge is power!! Learning all I can has enabled me to take charge of my healing, ask intelligent questions at doctor’s appointments and advocate for optimal treatment. My journey is far from over but I know that the more I learn from this podcast, and others like it, I will be better positioned to move forward with the right mindset for healing. Thank you Phoebe! I truly appreciate all you do. Let’s continue to raise awareness for SIBO in 2020 so patients no longer have to struggle to get the testing or the care they need.
