Disappointed
REALM usually has really great story’s, great actors…. but this one? I’m all for inclusivity, but if you have to try this hard to let the listeners know that you’re super-woke, then you’ve just plain failed at writing a great story - regardless of who the characters are. For example, episode one wastes no time letting everyone know that the cast of characters includes: 1) a black man who’s a Christian (of course, a dangerous, religious wacko) 2) a mentally I’ll girl who considers killing her parents on a regular basis and is a Boy Scout (because who ever heard of the Girl Scouts? You know, the group with the delicious cookies?) and 3) so that everyone know you’re super-duper inclusive and no one feels sad for being left out, a trans “woman.” Regardless of who the characters are, the story is all over the place. Add the fact that the actors have little to no inflection in their voices, (ya know, to maybe at least try to grab onto and hold your interest) and it makes for a fantastic story for those nights when you just can’t seem to fall asleep.

Great story, loved how there was so much going on. Only issue was technical. Story kept pausing and going to another episode while listening.

It was great, until I got to episode 4, this podcast is messed up, don’t bother with it.
