Description
Today I'm getting into MARG's song, "Promise Me" which is all about falling for someone quickly and feeling like it was destined and you're meant for one another. It leads into a conversation about how when we apply to much pressure with someone that doesn't like you, you look like a creep, and some people need to learn to read social cues better. I also talk about the difference between being controlling and setting boundaries. Then I talk about dealing with anxiety in a relationship whether it be you or your partner, and the effects of being in fight or flight mode for a long time and how it can negatively affect a relationship. I expand on a few topics from last weeks episode including: how to see if your partner might show signs of being controlling or trying to dim your light, and how some men do not need to be fathers. For the Pick Me Patrol segment I explain how worrying about what other women "lack" and trippin about them getting "picked" regardless, is pathetic and pick-me's just need to worry about themselves.
