Today, my cousin Johnny joins me in discussing the genre of science fiction horror, or some call it Cosmic horror. This episode centers around our admiration for films or television inspired by the work of Howard Phillips Lovecraft. When a form of media contains something not explainable, alternate dimensions, death, mysteries of the universe it is often referred to as 'Lovecraftian.' We discuss the term "lovecraftian,' learning new lovecraftian influences in other forms of media, how much has changed in those forms of sci-fi horror films like Deep Star Six, Leviathan,  Event Horizon, etc.  My cousin will be a reoccuring guest on Sinema.
