Coverage of ‘Jockland’
I really enjoy the podcast but your knowledge of Scottish Politics is woeful-a bit like Americans commenting on British politics. I was actually cringing while listening!!! Lol The ‘popular’ Ruth Davidson is 20 points behind the SNP in the latest opinion polls (have any of you actually seen her in Parliament??? She’s woeful, really poor. RD is like Theresa May pre 2016:people (esp Westminster commentators) don’t know much about her so impose their own views /aspirations onto her... if you watch her Parly performances, look at the numerous policy u-turns and changes and look at the problem with racism and sectarianism within the Scottish Tories and her failure of leadership on it, it does kinda explain why ‘popular’ Ruth Davidson isn’t that popular with the actual Scottish electorate..) while all polling since 2014 has shown increased support for independence-often by small amounts but up all the same... Again not really reflected in the Podcast. Anyway, lack of knowledge of Scottish politics aside, a really enjoyable podcast. I’m a huge fan of Adam Boulton too!!!

In order to provide a balanced view, this podcast ends with a boring bunch of panelists. Even though it may appear different peoples every time, but they all talked very similarly.

Voice over sounds like AM radio, but overall good podcast worth listening to.

Enjoy listening to this. It is impartial and balanced, not as one reviewer suggests below - who I suspect just has a tedious and facile Sky = Murdoch view of the world (it really, really doesn't)Read full review »
