“I’ve listened to other sleep podcasts, some of them are like “hey there, time to be calm” “HI YOU SHOULD BUY THESE THINGS” and this one does not do that! She reads the ads in her same soft, calm voice so it isn’t jarring at all. I also like that there is an actual story. Some sleep podcasts are more describing a place, which is fine too, but the stories help me when my brain needs more engagement before it can get sleepy. I also love the settings, who doesn’t feel all cozy thinking about a cat in a bookstore?”

highly recommend
i discovered her on the Insight Timer app which is also very good.
for one thing, you can set a meditation alarm on that app and choose a nice sound to end with.”
