Helps with anxiety
I started suffering with extreme anxiety during the day & at night to the point I couldn’t sleep. These podcasts have helped me find peace of mind, get a good nights sleep & feel better. I listen as I go to sleep & then if I wake in the early hours (I have young children that also wake me up & then my mind can start racing again). I’m at a point now where I don’t feel I need to listen all the time but like others have said, have it as a go to/ top up whenever I feel the need. Thank you so much it has made such a difference & really helped me.

I’ve suffered insomnia for years. Then I had a traumatic incident that caused it to worsen. Out of nowhere I found this podcast & I’ve been able to sleep without the help of medication for the first time in a long time. This is my new favorite thing!

I started listening to this last week. I was having trouble sleeping even after taking melatonin and turning off all the electronics /limiting blue light etc. This podcast really puts me to sleep - I never remember when it happens, I just know when I wake up I feel well rested. Love it.
