Works for me!
I rotate between a few sleep podcasts & I really like how some of these are 5-8 hours long. These seem to work best when I have something on my mind that is keeping me awake… it’s just enough to lull my mind into thinking about something else without having to “keep up” with a breathing exercise or listening to a story. Thanks, Jason, for many deep sleeps.

I think if he does drink before his broadcasts , that’s his business and at least he still does his broadcast everyday , at times he does them late so he sounds tired so it’s ok to have a drink , ? At least he is at home
