The worries slowly fade away, Your heart opens up to heal.  PAUSE… With gentle steps, you dip your toes, Into the waters embrace.  You immerse yourself and just let go, Allowing heaviness to erase.  PAUSE… Lay your head back and float,  And release all you hold.  The water within you and without,  Calms, soothes, unfolds.  LONG PAUSE… Slowly now you notice,  Your mind has gently cleared.  So much space has opened up, The thoughts have disappeared.  PAUSE… Let the warm water kiss your skin,  And release all the pain.
