A wonderful podcast with insight into everything sleepy
I am a fan of this podcast, it really is such an interesting subjact which very few people ever really cover in convesation. I usually meditate and listen to this podcast or other music, this last episode (#13) was a very curious one, I felt when Elenor described her incident as a child with a hand coming through her window a sudden recollection to my past. I could feel the memory flooding back to me, the image of someone just standing outside my window sinisterly looking in. I actually had to pause the podcast for a moment so I could properly concentrate on my breathing. I can't even tell if that image is from real life or dreaming. I just know that it was very powerful. I think this really shows the strength of this podcast, the way in which the vividness of dreams and things sleep related really do effect everyone. So I thank you Bec for bring this wonderful podcast ino existence and hope that you continue making it with the greatest confidence.

Puts me to sleep but also really interesting, have listened to a few on repeat, such as the lucid dreaming one, still haven't lucid dreamed though. Still good five stars.
