Awesome content, but has room for improvement
The interviewed guests are great, but Debra has a tendency to interrupt and talk over guests. There have been quite a few times where she stops the flow of what the interviewee is expressing and great content is lost. I also feel she has a list of things she is going through instead of having a genuine listening experience. Otherwise I love listening to the guests and their stories. I will forever compare hosts to my favorite farm podcast host Chris Blanchard.
