“Hi, I just found the podcast tonight and binge listened to almost all the episodes. Really great podcast. Anyway Tom and Slate mentioned they look at suggestions and so: -Cults (you can talk about Midsommar, Hereditary, The Wicker man etc) -Torture porn movies: I can’t believe they haven’t done this one yet (Saw, Hostel etc.) -necrophilia (they have mentioned they both saw the necrophilia movie) -Mental health: kind of an expanse on the insane asylum episode they can talk about the good and bad portrayal of mental health in movies such as spilt, the aviator, Lars and the real girl, the silver lining playbook etc. -Aliens (killer clowns, alien, predator etc.) -Hollywood legend films (lost films and scenes, mistakes and chaos on set, drama between cast members, films being dumped, crazy movie production problems) -Evil/Scary hospitals/doctors/nurses -Animals: portrayal in films (Beethoven, Airbud, War horse, jaws, Christmas puppies) or the abuse of animals in films (cannibal Holocaust etc) -B movies (sharknado etc) -Monster/Monster lover movie (vampires, mummies, zombies, twilight, the bride of Frankenstein, etc) -Age: taking about ageism and how age is depicted in films (the skeleton key, or Old) -Haunted house: as a movie location -True story movies: -Prison movies: -Dumb, horny teens -Famous banned movies: the human centipede, 100 days of Salo, Matyrs etc. Thank you, Olivia”
