“I’ve been trying to figure out why I like this so much. Murder and comedy? I think it works because most murderers are stupid and worthy of mockery. But it’s not only the murderers, it’s also many times the inexperienced, stupid, and/or corrupt law enforcement. There are many good detectives and police officers, but there are some insanely stupid ones. The combination of stupid murders and stupid law enforcement is tragic, but in stupid tragedy there is dark comedy. These are epic stories of human stupidity and selfishness. I also love their outrage. They are, as am I, disgusted by the insanity and have genuine empathy for the victims. We are powerless against the senseless horror and all we have is mockery. I highly recommend paying for the ad-free stories; well worth it!”
