“I love that they start every episode with a short guided meditation to relax and end each episode with a brief silence. No noisy ad breaks or music. I really enjoy the reading selections. I feel like the readers hush their voices/whisper-talk...I suppose it’s to promote our drifting off to sleep- but, it’d be fine if they used their regular voices.”
