“Listening to snooze cast has become a nightly ritual for my wife and I. I’m ex-military, I can sleep on a bed of rocks in a rainstorm but my wife struggles with finding comfort while sleeping. We tried Lo-fi playlists, rain sounds, and ASMR and nothing got her through the night. Pleased to say this lovely podcast has given her full nights sleep and pleasant dreams. Actually first night we listened she slept through her alarm the next morning because she slept so well!

“I definitely prefer the male voice, which puts me straight to sleep. The female voice isn’t annoying, but doesn’t knock me out in the same way. Probably just a pitch thing, but overall very good.”

“Love this podcast, the “supported by” is very funny and I almost always fall asleep before the end. My only criticism is that the music at the beginning is often too loud and counteracts the soothing voices and choice of text.”
