Like They Focus Grouped How To Talk To Millennials
This is the Poochie of political podcasts. It honestly feels like this began with a fifty year old marketing exec saying, “Y’know, really talk to the kids.” Never have I heard the phrase “blew up their spot” used so deliberately and self-consciously. That was the funny part. The painful part was the woman giggling and referring back to herself constantly while discussing a story about children incarcerated in adult prisons. It was disrespectful to the subjects of the piece, distracting, amateurish, disrespectful and seemed to display a total lack of awareness and compassion. It was gross. If it wasn’t for that, the cereal commercial “Woo Hoo! The kids are in charge” artifice of this thing would have moved me to delete the podcast from my feed and never listen again. But that was so wrong headed in it’s treatment of actual people’s lives, people the author has supposedly met and looked in the face, that I am writing my first iTunes review ever. And it’s to say that everyone involved in this should be embarrassed.

I love the info and the group dynamic. Bummer it's only on once a week. I miss them already.Read full review »

I listen to way too many political podcasts but this one stands out.

Great job covering many different topics. Good insight and enjoyable hosts. Facts and realistic examinations of the world today. Must listen for political junkies. My only complaint is that Arthur Delaney sounds like he has marbles in his mouth, so when he is on I cringe.
