Reflecting on public shaming
This is an excellent short series that I listened to one after another. I also have grave concerns about the way people are treated when they step out of line on social media or even simply appear to, whether I agree with their positions or am disgusted with them. Jon Ronson examines his own participation in public shaming and his changing ideas about it as he investigates a series of social media shaming events. An important reflection.

Excellent, truly excellent. An engaging speaker who packs in thoughtful points one after another with such entertaining subtlety that there’s no straining to keep-up, you find you can’t resist as they take you along

What a horrible podcast, total waste of time listening to this. I couldn’t make it through the first episode

A difficult story to talk about but an inpatient and interesting one. Very brave and noble in it’s execution
