Relatable and easy listen
This podcast offers an insight into the world of drinking and binge drinking, with personal experiences shared and a healthy load of humour, thrown in. The stories and examples are relatable, which enables the listener to self-reflect, while making comparisons. Very easy listen, and I imagine will have a positive impact on many listeners. The ultimate outcome is clear, we don’t need alcohol to have fun, be fun, or feel accepted amongst friends and within society.

Victoria and Lucy are an alcohol-free breath of fresh air! In the absence of liquid refreshment I positively guzzled up the first season of this amazing podcast. Lots of sage advice peppered with personal stories that resonate acutely. Try it, you will love it!
